Coreslab Structures (ARIZ), Inc., a leader in the precast/pre-stressed construction industry, is seeking construction laborers to join our team.
Our production department offers a broad range of entry-level positions that offer the opportunity to learn as well as skilled level positions .
No experience is necessary as Coreslab offers on-the-job training.
All construction labor candidates must have the ability to follow verbal instruction and work well in a fast-paced environment.

A Construction Laborer will perform multiple tasks which include layout and build forms/molds for concrete components, pull steel strands, and assist in tensioning, installing rebar, and embedding plates and operating equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.

**All shifts generally begin between 10pm and 2am

Job Requirements for all plant position – Construction Laborers:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment
• Must work safely and maintain a safe work environment
• Regular attendance is required
• Ability to walk, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, or climb
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
