Oversee and provide guidance on the enhancement of IAM governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting access management tools, and driving continuous process improvement. Perform final review and issue final approval of IAM policies including Role-Based Access Control, Attribute-Based Access Control, and Segregation of Duties. Coordinate regulatory compliance efforts by overseeing documentation, evidence gathering, and control remediation. Oversee and guide periodic access reviews and privileged account audits using CyberArk and SailPoint. Coordinate the gathering of IAM-related business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications. Perform final review and issue final approval of user stories, process flows, and SOPs to align IAM processes with organizational needs and maintain process documentation and governance materials in Confluence. Oversee identity-related risk assessments, the development of mitigation strategies, the production of reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to monitor compliance and access metrics. Oversee the investigation and resolving of IAM-related control gaps and incidents. Manage and track change requests and incident tickets using ServiceNow. Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, CyberArk, SailPoint, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and ServiceNow. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Masters in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 1 year experience.
