Scope

The HR Business Partner for the Hoghiz Cement Plant acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and operational objectives. The role supports workforce planning, employee development, and engagement within a dynamic industrial environment, contributing to performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant management to align HR strategies with operational and production needs
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and operational roles, ensuring timely hiring
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to implement development programs for employees
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluation cycles
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and safety regulations
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices (talent management, employee relations, performance, C&B)
  • Solid understanding of local labor legislation and employment regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate insights
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills
