As the HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our employees. Reporting directly to the Sr. HR Manager and collaborating closely with our regional HR team, you’ll help build a workplace where people thrive—professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner: Align HR practices with business goals, offering guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Talent Champion: Lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, and support career growth through performance management and succession planning.
- Culture Builder: Drive employee engagement initiatives, facilitate training programs, and foster a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Compliance Leader: Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, manage investigations, and represent the company in unemployment hearings.
- Team Leader: Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient and responsive support across all HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience (construction industry preferred)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel to various company locations and maintain confidentiality
