Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly total, balance and enter daily sales transactions
- Accurately prepare daily cash deposits and cash control sheets. Count, balance and handle cash drawers, vaults and Glory
- Prepare and maintain Glory with correct currency for daily cash drawers
- Prepare invoices, manage statements, apply payments, and respond to all inquiries
- Maintain employee purchase files
- Collecting, counting, depositing and recording arcade currency
- Clean up and audit of gift cards
- Ability to perform basic math; calculate figures, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and measurements
- Experience preparing spreadsheets in Excel
- Ability to follow written, oral and diagram instructions
- Accurately manage EDI reports to track receiving, invoices, and credits in a timely manner
- Process weekly payments by check, credit card and electronic funds transfer
- Efficiently manage all account payable reports and all account payable files; keep current with vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, credits, discounts and deductions
- Research and problem solve receiving and cost discrepancies
- Coordinate payment processing among multiple operating systems
- Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to research, collect, and export data to create spreadsheets
- Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Be professional in appearance and attitude; contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration while taking pride in being part of a winning team
- Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
- Task orientated and can prioritize job duties in order of importance

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Wage- $21
Schedule: The schedule for this position will be mostly Monday - Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00P.M., with a bit of flexibility to adjust if needed. We also ask that the candidate for this position has availability to work occasional Saturdays based on the needs of the store. On average, this position will be about 40 hours per week.
