Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM’s Window Treatment Designer, you will assist NFM customers in planning and designing their window treatments, while providing the highest level of service and follow-up to close sales. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Monitor Identify and resolve service issues quickly and efficiently. Partner with customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolutionManage Compiles lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads, based on information from other NFM departments, newspapers, business directories, ads, trade shows, internet, otherPlan Present quotes, drawings, and product specifications to clients for approval. Procure client signoffs prior to creating ordersAssist Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogs, presents features and benefits of product and NFM Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love - because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred3-5 years of retail sales experienceProduct KnowledgeWindow treatment background, including the ability to properly measureInterior Design, Architecture or Art degree preferredAbility to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordPre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
