High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience Technical or trade school classes in related field Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
