Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Be The Expert: Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipmentSolve: Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipmentPreform: Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machinesBe Precise: Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipmentCollaborate: Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformedSupport: Preform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. High School Diploma or GED preferred Relevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience required Ability to operate basic shop equipment Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
