Pay Range: $64,306- 79,740 annually Job Description: Your Piece of the PuzzleAs NFM’s Multimedia Developer II, you’ll bring stories to life through compelling photo and video content across multiple channels. This role blends production and postproduction expertise with the ability to operate as a highly capable one-person production team, supporting both marketing initiatives and internal communications. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Manage: photo and video assets from concept to final delivery for a variety of external marketing campaigns and internal projects Create: engaging multimedia content through end-to-end production, including shooting, editing, and postproduction Maintain: a solutions-focused mindset by applying logic and reasoning to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflows Assist: in planning and executing catalog and commercial shoots, both onsite and offsite Collaborate: with cross-functional teams and travel as needed to support shoots and multimedia production efforts Adapt: quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Degree graphic design, animation, photography, video production or equivalent years of experience 4-6 years of experienceMust be proficient in photography, videography and editingAbility to enter data quickly and accuratelyAdvanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needsAbility to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationshipsTeam player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessaryGood technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly Ability to work in a deadline driven environmentStrong project management or organizational skillsPre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
