Pay Range: $71,806-89,040 annually

Spanish–English bilingual candidates may qualify for a bilingual pay differential and a $1,000 hiring bonus after six months of continuous employment.

This role will be primarily on‑site during the initial store opening, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once the location is established.

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

NFM’s Bilingual HR Business Partner serves as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and NFM departments & managers to ensure that HR strategies align to NFM’s objectives. This role will advise and consult with management on HR related issues such as employee relations, talent management, and culture, maintaining fairness and consistency. The Bilingual HR Business partner makes decisions that are legally defensible and aligned with business strategies and our core values.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Partner: Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
  • Analyze: Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues
  • Manage: Support initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Respond: Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to facilitate action planning based on employee feedback
  • Assist: Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
  • Oversee: Assist in designing and implementing organizational structures that improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years combined employment and employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidential information
  • PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • HRIS/database experience preferred
