Do you like solving problems and assisting others? As NFM’s Administrative Specialist II- Home Services Installation, you will perform administrative and staff support duties for the Home Services Installation department. You will perform work under general supervision, handle moderately complex issues and problems, while referring more complex issues to lead or manager.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Balance: Assist in resolution of issues for customers
  • Support: Complete various departmental projects as assigned, ensuring projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner
  • Play your Part: Track attendance and staff time off. Ensure that department staff are scheduled for and complete necessary trainings
  • Leave your Mark: Work with management to maintain departmental policies, procedures, training materials, communications, etc
  • Be Precise: Assist department manager/supervisor in research or resolution of issues and problems for customers and sales staff
  • Complete: Perform data entry, file paperwork, and maintain databases.
  • Direct: Coordinate orders and deliveries as well as returns, adjustments, and exchanges of orders
  • Plan: Prepare purchase orders and invoices for review and approval

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2 years of office/clerical experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Data entry skills per established department requirements
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
