Role Purpose
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an entry‑level role designed to build B2B sales fundamentals while supporting Loop1’s revenue growth. BDRs create early engagement with prospective clients, introduce Loop1’s value proposition, and qualify opportunities for the sales team. This role is well suited for early‑career professionals—especially those transitioning from the service industry—who want to grow into SDR II or Account Executive positions.What You’ll Do
- Learn Loop1’s services, value proposition, and sales methodology.
- Conduct outbound outreach and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Build early-stage relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline data in HubSpot.
- Use data-driven approaches to prioritize outreach.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
- Share insights to improve messaging, processes, and prospect experience.
