Location: Cedar Park, TexasSchedule: Part-time, On-site (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM)
Compensation: $24–$27 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant & Facilities to join our team. This hybrid role combines trusted executive-level administrative support with hands-on coordination of a small, professional co-working facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, works with a high degree of autonomy, and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment. This position reports directly to the CEO/Owner and supports the executive leadership team.Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support (60%)
- Manage executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Coordinate meetings across U.S., European, and Asian time zones
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Process mail and assist with expense tracking
- Occasionally arrange domestic and international travel
Facilities & Workspace Coordination (40%)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cedar Park office and co-working space
- Schedule and manage vendors (cleaning, landscaping, repairs)
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective co-working tenants
- Maintain shared spaces (kitchen, restrooms, conference rooms) and stock supplies
- Perform light upkeep tasks when necessary (e.g., loading/unloading dishwasher)
Meetings & Events
- Assist with planning and logistics for company meetings and events
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in executive administrative support, office management, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working in an on-site, professional office environment
- Customer service mindset for co-working client interactions
Education
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
(Equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education.)
