Position Description

  • Event coordination
  • Video and photography production
  • Website content creation and updates
  • Administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating trade shows and events, including trade show logistics, booth coordination, shipping, exhibitor portals, and on-site support
  • 1+ year of experience in video production and editing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing or editing marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, and social media
  • Strong attention to detail in managing assets, filenames, and version control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to travel to approximately five events per year

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Proficiency with WordPress and Buzzsprout content management platforms
      • Expereince managing and publishing content across social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
      • Working knowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across digital and print assets
