What You'll Do

What the intern will work on:

  • Support the product management team in early-stage (upstream) product development activities for the ASTRA™ platform.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in surgical enabling technologies.
  • Support the creation of training materials, sales tools, or launch assets.
  • Develop dashboards and data analytics tools to ensure proper reporting and tracking of surgeon usage and revenue.

Background we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • ·Strong interest in medical technology, software-enabled products, or healthcare innovation.
  • Comfortable working with data, technical concepts, or complex systems, even if still learning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to organize information and communicate clearly.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis tools, or basic technical platforms is a plus—but not required.
