How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Regulatory Readiness: Lead continuous compliance and readiness workflows for The Joint Commission inspections and strict patient safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with multidisciplinary medical teams to resolve clinical risks, optimize service workflows, and drive cost-containment strategies.
- Clinical Data Analytics: Synthesize complex data from diverse clinical sources to build high-level quality and financial reports for service line leaders.
- Program Execution: Coordinate and accelerate daily operations for comprehensive quality improvement, risk reduction, and patient safety initiatives.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Clinical experience in the Emergency Room and/or ICU, experience with quality improvement.
