How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and protocols.

• Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance.
• Contribute to efficient operations by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving.
• Perform the duties of an audiologist. Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced testing.
• Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Audiologist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology required.
• Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association required.

Education:

• Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience required.
