How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Drive patient care excellence by implementing and adapting personalized care plans that ensure every individual receives the right treatment at the right time.

• Champion clinical communication by monitoring patient conditions and reporting real-time updates to the team, ensuring rapid responses to changing health needs.

• Coordinate holistic recovery as the central link between all medical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and well-supported journey for the patient and their family.

• Orchestrate safe transitions by leading discharge planning and accurately executing clinical orders to ensure high-quality, high-impact outcomes from admission to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Clinical Expertise: Prior experience in nursing is preferred to ensure a strong foundation in patient care and medical protocols.

• Collaborative Initiative: Seeking a proactive self-starter who demonstrates strong leadership qualities while maintaining a commitment to team-oriented success.
