How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead clinical professional development teams to design and deliver competency-based education programs across the market.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programs, including analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Align clinical training with organizational goals and national/regional competency standards.
• Manage subject matter experts to ensure effective program delivery for nursing, allied health, and pharmacy staff.
• Monitor budgets, program performance, compliance, and team productivity to meet operational and financial targets.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.

BSN required, MSN preferred (if currently enrolled in an MSN program, that is acceptable)
