How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Drive Program Innovation & Strategy by leading the design, execution, and evaluation of clinical initiatives, ensuring every service aligns with long-range growth and patient care goals.

  • Optimize Operational & Clinical Workflows by orchestrating staff scheduling, referral processing, and insurance authorizations to ensure a seamless, "no-delay" journey for every patient.

  • Cultivate Clinical Excellence by identifying specialized training needs and developing comprehensive learning programs that empower staff to deliver the highest standard of care.

  • Engineer Quality & Performance Solutions by collaborating with leadership to resolve system bottlenecks, implement cost-containment strategies, and drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.

  • Champion Fiscal & Strategic Stewardship by managing the annual budget and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the program’s long-term sustainability and success.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Counselor specializing in Chemical Dependency preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Proven experience in complex clinical scheduling, referral management, and the insurance verification/authorization process
