How you’ll make an impact in this role
Responsible to the Network Director for the overall operational, clinical, and fiscal management of acute
dialysis services across a network of hospitals and ensures consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective
patient care, compliance with all regulatory standards, and integration of the program's services within
the network’s strategic goals.
- Lead network-wide strategic planning and budget management to optimize resource allocation, standardize clinical protocols, and ensure cost-effective dialysis service delivery across all hospital sites.
- Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives and rigorous data analysis to ensure 100% compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulatory standards while minimizing clinical risks.
- Oversee 24/7 staffing models, performance evaluations, and clinical education programs to maintain high staff competency and retention across hemodialysis, CRRT, and peritoneal dialysis specialties.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, Nephrology medical staff, and ancillary departments to integrate dialysis services and align clinical practices with organizational goals.
- Monitor and adheres to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
