How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Strategic Program Development: Lead the full lifecycle—assessment, design, and implementation—of multi-faceted, competency-based nursing education programs across the continuum of care.
• Performance Consulting: Serve as a strategic consultant to leadership, utilizing data-driven methods and measurement tools to optimize clinical performance and inter-professional practice standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with organizational leaders to identify educational gaps and develop targeted clinical learning plans that align with core nursing competencies.
• Standards Management: Oversee the evaluation of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives to ensure all staff are practicing at the highest extent of their licensure.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing

Work Experience:

• Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Registered Nurse with acute or critical care experience strongly preferred.
• Supporting the north market
