How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Assist in the development and standardization of pharmaceutical product protocols.

  • Evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiencies across ministries through the application of informatics principles, standards, and best practices.

  • Utilize productivity metrics to support operational decision-making.

  • Promote the safe and effective use of technology and automation systems within pharmacy operations.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholder groups on initiatives related to product standardization, utilization management, therapeutic interchange, medication safety, and cost reduction.

  • Ensure that patient-specific, medication-specific, and evidence-based pharmacotherapy information is readily available in a clear and usable format to support medication-related decision-making for The Resource Group and associated ministries.

  • Demonstrate a consistent understanding of pharmacy compliance requirements, including clinical outcomes, legal and regulatory standards, quality assurance, safety, and accreditation for The Resource Group and its ministries.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Resident Pharmacist obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
