How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Develop and oversee personalized care plans, ensuring each patient’s progress is thoughtfully monitored and shared with the team.
  • Act as the heart of the care team, coordinating across multiple specialties to provide a seamless and holistic patient experience.
  • Expertly carry out physician and nursing orders with precision and a commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Partner with families and colleagues to assess and guide the discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition home for every patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program.
    • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
    hire.
