How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct clinical support by performing phlebotomy, monitoring vital signs, and assisting patients with mobility and personal care needs.
• Maintain unit readiness by cleaning and stocking triage rooms and promptly responding to patient call lights to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Execute clerical and administrative tasks, including registering patients in the computer system and accurately preparing medical charts.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assist with various unit needs, ensuring seamless patient transitions within the Women's ED.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while multitasking in a fast-paced emergency setting.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
