How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct patient care as a Licensed Genetic Counselor, delivering comprehensive genetic counseling and risk assessment for inherited conditions and birth defects.
• Assess family history and analyze inheritance patterns to identify at-risk individuals and guide evidence-based genetic counseling recommendations.
• Interpret complex genetic test results and laboratory data, ensuring accurate clinical documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support diagnosis, care coordination, and personalized genetic counseling plans.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Masters in Genetic Counseling, MSGC
