How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead clinical research initiatives by executing study protocols and providing compassionate, direct care to participants, ensuring their safety and the integrity of the science.

  • Champion regulatory excellence by managing all internal and external compliance documentation, ensuring the project meets the highest ethical and legal standards from start to finish.

  • Advocate for participant success through proactive selection, education, and monitoring, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and supportive care journey.

  • Translate data into insights by documenting patient care and study results with precision, providing the research team with the clear communication needed to drive medical breakthroughs.

  • Drive continuous improvement by participating in quality assurance initiatives that uphold rigorous standards of care and keep our research at the forefront of the industry.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelor's level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • 2 plus years of RN experience; Research background experience preferred
  • Oncology experience with either pediatrics or adults
