How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • This role is the most senior among the Construction Project Managers, providing strategic oversight and national framework development for healthcare capital projects.
  • Direct all phases of the construction lifecycle—from planning and design to final acceptance—serving as the primary authority for scope, schedule, and budget across national frameworks.

  • Mandate strict adherence to healthcare-specific safety codes, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements for all remodeling and renovation initiatives to ensure patient and staff safety.

  • Manage comprehensive project financials, including budget development, bid processes, earned value tracking, and detailed reporting on project duration and "burn" metrics.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and contractors while managing high-level client stakeholders to deliver strategic functionality within complex project constraints.

  • Establish and monitor rigorous quality assurance policies and warranty response protocols to guarantee the long-term integrity of the healthcare facility’s infrastructure.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Construction Professional preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Construction and Healthcare experience preferred.
  • PMP or CHC are highly desired.
