How you’ll make an impact in this role

Collaborative Clinical Care: Delivers high-quality direct nursing care by strictly adhering to organizational protocols in close coordination with Registered Nurse preceptors.
Vigilant Patient Monitoring: Meticulously observes and documents patient status, ensuring the rapid communication of critical physiological changes to the interdisciplinary team.
Precision Order Execution: Assists with the seamless documentation and implementation of physician and nursing orders while managing individualized patient care plans.
Advanced Clinical Development: Actively engages in transition-to-practice programs to refine clinical judgment and deliver safe, competent, person-centered care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
