How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Oversee the management of financial planning, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective fiscal practices.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying operational impacts on healthcare quality, human resources, and overall performance.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct organization-wide improvement activities to maintain accurate plans and forecasts.
• Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, and capital planning to optimize resource allocation.
• Direct the hiring, training, and development of staff while collaborating with the finance team on major system initiatives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
