How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Serve as a primary technology advisor and consultative partner to ministry leadership, aligning innovative IT roadmaps with Ascension’s overarching organizational goals and long-term business strategy.
• Spearheads end-to-end healthcare IT demand management—from idea request intake and solution conceptualization through governance, prioritization, and project initiation—ensuring alignment with IT standards, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and optimized delivery capability to maximize patient, operational, and business value.
• Orchestrate the seamless delivery of technology solutions and portfolios, maintaining executive-level transparency while overseeing high standards of customer satisfaction and performance.
• Drive organizational transformation by leading teams through complex changes and facilitating rapid, cross-functional resolutions during critical technical events or system crises.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
