Ascension Seton is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Breast Imaging Physician to join our exclusive team of Fellowship-Trained Breast Imaging specialists in Austin/Central Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing group that is part of one of the fastest-growing health-care markets in the nation. What We Offer


• Competitive RVU-based compensation structure
• Starting base salary of $450,000 plus RVU bonuses — with all-in compensation potential up to $900,000 per year
• Excellent work-life balance — no nights, weekends, or call coverage
• Paid holidays — physicians do not work on holidays and are compensated for them
• 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year
• Flexible schedule: approximately 3 days in-clinic and 2 days remote
• Freedom to moonlight — no contractual restrictions

Role Responsibilities


The Breast Imaging Physician will primarily perform:
• Diagnostic and screening breast imaging reads
• On-site diagnostic procedures and image-guided biopsies
• Collaborative work with an experienced, all Fellowship-Trained Breast Imaging team

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
