The Role
As the Office Coordinator, you will oversee the operational flow of our Austin office. You will ensure the environment is well-maintained, properly supplied, and structured to support employees in their day-to-day work.
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an on-site setting. You will act as a central resource for office logistics and administrative coordination, helping maintain a polished and productive workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming point of contact for employees and guests
- Prepare desk spaces and office access guidance for new hires
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and well-stocked office environment
- Manage incoming mail, shipments, and outgoing packages
- Coordinate lunch deliveries and light meeting logistics
- Order and track office supplies, kitchen inventory, and general office needs
- Support cross-functional office projects as the business evolves
