Aids in creating and distributing pricing reports, data, and relevant information as you support Sales/Operations and other members of the Pricing Team. Participates in maintaining price and cost information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pricing responsibilities for national accounts, as part of the National Sales team, and reporting to the VP, SalesExecute system setup and maintenance required to seamlessly implement pricing systems, tools, and processes.Generate and distribute routine reports, providing insights and action items, for both Pricing and Sales/Ops team members.Communicate recommended action(s) for data outliers and exceptions to Pricing Team and other internal Teams based on metrics established by Management.Present system, reporting, and process enhancement recommendations to Manager to address Pricing and/or Sales/Ops Teams’ needs.Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation on common Pricing Team activities and reports.Provide backup support and assistance to other Pricing Team members on various tasks such as reporting, data validations, and Retail pricing processes.Support ad-hoc initiatives and analysis for both Pricing Team and Sales/Operation. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting, IT, Engineering.Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Proficiency managing large datasets in Microsoft Excel.3 years of experience in analytical field – preference given to disciplines focused on Sales, Margin, or Cost Analysis2-3 years of experience coaching teammatesDemonstrated producing analytics packagesIntermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel – vlookups, pivot tables, etc)Excellent communication skills – verbal and written COMPETENCIES Customer Minded - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.Organized - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
