PURPOSE Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for SCCM and Intune, driving proactive identification and resolution of complex endpoint and infrastructure issues. This role requires continuous cross-functional engagement with Cloud, Networking, NTT, Security, Certificate Services, and Microsoft to diagnose and remediate environment misconfigurations, communication breakdowns, and platform instabilities. Knowledgeable in maintaining Certificate based authentication between on-prem and cloud environment. Act as a key liaison to ensure end-to-end system reliability, accelerate issue resolution, and maintain alignment across internal and external engineering teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates complex system upgrades and deployment of patches with internal teams; acts as escalation point and troubleshoots complex technical issuesCreates multiple internal tools and develops automation scripts Collaborates within the team to provide technical expertise around planning, status updates and coordination to ensure that technology/ system integration/ upgrades/ maintenance cycle is successfulPlans, manages and forecasts system resources; evaluates and/or recommends purchasesLeads selection of tools and development of processes to support operations and administration of enterprise infrastructure Consults for future of the system backup plan Leads the design of disaster/system recovery and testingPartners with development and business user teams to understand business needs/ context and requirements; supports the adoption of new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure development and enhancement SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
